Making A Purchase
Placing an order is easy. Simply browse the wine list and click on any items you wish to purchase, then confirm the quantity and "add" them in the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy Goods", and you will be asked for details that we require to fulfill your order.

We accept Delta, Electron, Master Card, Solo and Maestro for on-line ordering. Alternatively you can post your order together with a cheque or postal order and a print out of your "Buy Goods" page, (include method of delivery) to Greek Food & Drink, Shop Greek, 11 Beresford Rd, Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, NG19 8QP. Cheque's payable to Greek Food & Drink.

From time to time some items maybe out of stock, we will try for this not to happen. But in the event of this occurring we will refund any items which are not in stock.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping is automatically calculated according to weight of your order. For UK mainland orders we will dispatch your order out within 5 working days of receiving it. We ONLY deliver on the following days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (e.g. if you order on Thursday your will not receive your order at the earliest until the following Tuesday excluding bank holidays.)

Notification by email will be sent to you advising when you order has been dispatched.

Please note that someone MUST be present at the delivery address because the delivery will need to be signed for. If for any reason no one is present, at the time of delivery. Please leave visible instructions for the delivery driver to leave your order with a neighbor where someone MUST be present to sign for it. Otherwise you will be charged £10 extra for a second attempt. If 48hrs pass from the 1st delivery attempt and you don't contact the delivery company or Greek Food & Drink, the items will be automatically returned to our depot and NO refund will be possible.

Age Restriction
Shop Greek (Greek Food & Drink) cannot sell wine / spirits to anyone who is not 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying wine / spirits as a gift the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

Credit Card and Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. We guarantee that all the products we sell are manufactured to the highest standard and should reach you in perfect condition. We guarantee that you can return any damaged goods, loss etc., claims must be made within 24hrs of delivery. Damaged goods must be retained and returned to our us for inspection within 7 days, unopened and in its original condition for a full refund of the value of the products.

You must contact us by e-mail or telephone for full instructions so we can arrange the returning of any goods. If you are later than 24 hrs you cannot return the items. If the products are faulty you can return the products and we will refund the value of your products plus the cost of your p&p. If your order is returned for any other reason p&p is not refunded.

If you have a complaint about our service please e-mail us at complaint@greekfoodanddrink.com . We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and attempt to deal with any issues arising from your complaint as promptly and efficiently as possible. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. From time to time you recieve emails from us notifying you of new products/special offers.
